Exhibitor Information:
The cost for each 8’ x 8’ exhibit space is $385. The exhibit area is located in the main hall where the keynote/general session and meals take place. Exhibits are open on Wednesday, June 17, from 7:15 a.m.-2:45 p.m.
Exhibit set up is on Tuesday, June 16, from 3-6 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 17, from 6-7:15 a.m. Exhibits open at 7:15 a.m. and break down after the last afternoon break at 2:45 p.m.
Standard electrical power is provided at no additional charge, but please indicate if you need electricity for your booth. Each six-foot exhibit table is draped and the booth spaces also have pipe and drape. Lunch and breaks for exhibit representatives are included on Tuesday.
Exibitor fee is non-refundable.
Sponsorship Information:
· All sponsors are recognized in the conference registration program emailed to 6,900 business people (with sponsorship received by March 1, 2026).
· All sponsors are recognized at the conference in a scrolling PowerPoint and in the mobile event app.
· Sponsors of food events or conference sessions/speakers are recognized during that event.
· General sponsorships of $500 receive a complimentary conference registration and of $1,000 receive a complimentary exhibit booth OR two complimentary registrations.
