The 35th annual Southern Oregon Occupational Safety & Health Conference, slated for October 13–15, 2026, is being held at the Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites in Ashland, Oregon. We invite your company to be an exhibitor and/or sponsor at this year’s conference.

Exhibits Information:
Exhibits will be set up around the perimeter of the lobby, outside of the general session, meals, and breakout space. We provide each exhibit space with a 6-foot table (draped and skirted).
Take a look at the exhibits packet for more information.
The cost for each exhibit space is $435.
Each paid space has one 6' table, two chairs, and one 500-watt electrical outlet (if requested). Space assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Choice locations go quickly, so register early.
