Sponsorship Opportunities

DIAMOND LEVEL — $7,500 or more
You receive benefits of the PLATINUM level, plus:
› Branding on one charging station in Exhibit Hall
› Additional 20 Exhibit Hall passes for clients (50 total)
› Additional complimentary registration to any two days of sessions (or exchange the three complimentary registrations for one 10'x10' Exhibit booth)
› A mention during the Awards Luncheon

PLATINUM LEVEL — $5,000-$7,499
You receive benefits of the GOLD level, plus:
› Additional 20 Exhibit Hall passes for clients (30 total)
› Additional complimentary registration to any two days of sessions
› Featured on the home screen of the mobile app
› Social media thank you post

GOLD LEVEL — $2,500–$4,999
You receive benefits of the SILVER level, plus:
› Logo on entrance unit to the Exhibit Hall
› 10 Exhibit Hall passes for clients
› One complimentary registration to any two days of sessions
› Sponsor slide at ASSP CWC member meeting

SILVER LEVEL — $1,000–$2,499
You receive benefits of a BRONZE level, plus:
› GOSH home page logo placement with link to your company’s website
› ASSP CWC home page logo placement
› Logo in registration program

BRONZE — $250–$999
You receive sponsor recognition included by:
› Logo/listing in GOSH Conference mobile app
› Organization name listed in registration program
› Logo on the Sponsor page of the GOSH website with link to your company’s website

*In-kind donations are very much appreciated. Your company will be listed in the final conference program.
*Other sponsorship opportunities for coffee breaks, lunches on Tuesday and Thursday, or the keynote speaker can be negotiated.

Exhibitor Information
As an exhibitor you receive the following:

› Contracted floor space (minimum space size is 10-foot by 10-foot), 8-foot high draped back wall with 3-foot high draped side rails.

› Two side chairs and one 6-foot draped and skirted display table.

› Lunch is complimentary on Tuesday and Wednesday for booth representatives on that day. (Maximum two tickets per booth space.)

› One standard electrical outlet.

› Show hours:
Tue, March 2 = 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Wed, March 3 = 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

› Exhibit Hall Passes you can give to customers who are unable to attend the conference, but would like to visit your booth. Our success is your success.

› Charging stations located in Exhibit Hall for exhibitor and attendee use.

› Sponsorship opportunities including sponsoring of charging stations, exhibitor activity, and sponsoring coffee breaks.
